It is headed and supervised by Licensed Chemists and assisted by the rest of its manpower who are local professionals and skilled workers in its operation. It operates 24/7 during the peak of the mining season which renders employment to the local community.

On the other hand, during lean months, caters to analytical services for exploration activities, and as schedules permits, it eventually accommodates analytical services from external parties that are still able to sustain the socio-economic welfare of its laboratory employees.

With its objective to refrain from using chemicals in the laboratory, it adopted the modern analytical instruments that are environment friendly for the quality and material characterization of its nickel ore products and ensures that all its activities are in line with its ISO 14001 certification for Environmental Management Systems.
