One component of SDMP is DHNC wherein the PPAs are entirely focused on agreement with the local communities. The best one so far is providing scholarship to respective residents. As of now EMI has a total number of 193 scholars currently under the program. Aside from scholarship program we included the medical mission, dental mission & operation circumcision for young boys to various barangays of Sta. Cruz. We also rehabilitated a child development center in one of our host communities which is in Barangay Guisguis.
