By Mark Anthony Millena | Eramen Minerals, Inc. (EMI), through its Social Development and Management Program (SDMP), conducted a Tinapa-Making Livelihood Training for the Women’s Association of Barangay Lucapon South, Sta. Cruz, Zambales, on November 26, 2025, with a project value of ₱60,000.

The training was led by retired TESDA Food Processing Assessors Mrs. Emma Arguilla and Mrs. Myrna Damasco, who guided participants in acquiring hands-on skills in tinapa preparation and processing—skills that can be applied for household consumption and as a source of additional income. Through initiatives like this, EMI continues to empower local communities, enhance livelihoods, and foster sustainable economic opportunities, helping residents transform practical skills into meaningful sources of growth and self-reliance.
