By Darwin Caretero | On July 9, 2026, Eramen Minerals, Inc. (EMI), in partnership with GII Machinery & Equipment Services, Inc., Kabraso Multi-Purpose Cooperative, M.P. Adolfo Personnel & Logistics Provider OPC, and Samer Luzon Integrated Services, Inc., facilitated a series of employee welfare and workplace awareness seminars.
The activity covered the Family Welfare Program and Child and Forced Labor Awareness, as well as the Safe Spaces Act and Anti-Sexual Harassment Policy, with discussions led by Mr. Arvin C. Fabian, Senior Labor and Employment Officer of the DOLE Zambales Office.
The seminars strengthened employees’ awareness of their rights, responsibilities, and available workplace protections while promoting a safe, respectful, and inclusive working environment.
