(EMI) conducted the CY 2027 Annual Social Development and Management Program (ASDMP) RHNC Planning and Consultation on September 9, 2026, at Edma’s Food Park, Sta. Cruz, Zambales, bringing together representatives from EMI’s Host and Neighboring Communities (RHNC).
The activity provided an avenue for RHNC representatives to review and discuss the proposed CY 2027 ASDMP PPAs, following the barangay-level consultations conducted across EMI’s 25 host and neighboring communities. Their priorities and recommendations served as valuable inputs in refining the proposed PPAs to ensure responsiveness to community needs and alignment with DAO 2010-21 and DAO 2025-10.
EMI extends its appreciation to the RHNC members for their valuable contributions and continued partnership, as well as to the ComRel Team for facilitating the consultation and strengthening community engagement.
