Molino | As part of its continued commitment to strengthening community development and improving access to essential resources, the Provision of Jetmatic Pump was successfully implemented through the Social Development and Management Program (SDMP) on April 22, 2026. The initiative covered Barangay Poblacion North, Sta. Cruz, Zambales, with a project cost of Php 62,000.00, and was further complemented by a similar intervention in Barangay Guinabon amounting to Php 50,000.00.
The project aims to address water accessibility challenges by providing a reliable and sustainable water source for community members. The installation of jetmatic pumps in both barangays is expected to ensure a steady and sufficient water supply for agricultural, household, and livelihood activities.
Through this intervention, local farmers are anticipated to experience improved irrigation efficiency, leading to enhanced agricultural productivity. Moreover, the project helps reduce the time and physical effort required for water collection, thereby allowing beneficiaries to focus on more productive and income-generating activities. During periods of limited rainfall or dry seasons, the jetmatic pump will serve as a dependable source of water, contributing to the community’s resilience and overall well-being.
This project highlights a proactive approach to addressing basic infrastructure needs, ultimately promoting sustainable development and improving the quality of life for the residents of Barangay Poblacion North and Barangay Guinabon.
