By Mark Anthony Millena | Eramen Minerals Inc. (EMI), through its Social Development and Management Program (SDMP), successfully implemented the Provision of Fertilizers for the Naulo Farmers Association in Barangay Naulo, Sta. Cruz, Zambales. The turnover of the project was conducted on March 10, 2026, with a total project cost of Php 30,056.48.
The support was undertaken to support local farmers by providing essential agricultural inputs that directly contribute to improved soil fertility and increased crop productivity. With access to quality fertilizers, members of the Naulo Farmers Association are better equipped to enhance their farming practices, sustain crop growth, and optimize yields throughout the planting season.
The project reflects EMI’s continued efforts to assist farming communities in overcoming agricultural challenges while promoting sustainable and efficient food production. By addressing the immediate needs of farmers, the initiative also contributes to strengthening local food security and supporting the overall economic well-being of the community.
Through this meaningful intervention, EMI stands its commitment to empowering grassroots organizations and cultivating opportunities for long-term agricultural development—planting not only crops, but also the seeds of resilience, productivity, and shared progress.
