By Spencer Manila | Eramen Minerals, Inc., in continued partnership with Guinabon Elementary School and the Guinabon Barangay Local Government Unit, sustains the implementation of its School Feeding Program benefiting a total of 298 learners from Kindergarten to Grade 6. This initiative reflects a shared commitment to addressing the nutritional needs of schoolchildren while fostering an environment conducive to effective learning.
The program addresses short-term hunger among learners by enabling them to stay focused during class, improving engagement, and reducing absenteeism. This allows students to participate more actively and achieve better learning outcomes.

Beyond nutrition, the initiative supports the holistic development of children by promoting healthy habits and overall well-being, while strengthening collaboration among stakeholders from the private sector, educational institutions, and local government units.
Aligned with United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 2: Zero Hunger, the program reflects the continued commitment of Eramen Minerals, Inc. to fostering a healthier and more resilient community where no child is left behind.
Through sustained collaboration and shared responsibility, this initiative continues to nurture not only the bodies of young learners but also their capacity to learn, grow, and succeed.
