Cruz, in collaboration with the Municipal Health Office, the Philippine Red Cross, and the Rural Health Unit. The event was successfully conducted at the Pagatpat Covered Court in Barangay Pagatpat, Sta. Cruz, Zambales, drawing numerous donors from the community who contributed to this life-saving initiative.
