By Ron Jay Mayor | Eramen Minerals Incorporated, through its Social Development and Management Program (SDMP), extended financial support to the Purok Gulayan Project— a community-based initiative that promotes backyard gardening, food security, and environmental stewardship among residents of Barangay Guinabon, as part of its commitment to sustainable and inclusive community development.
A representative from EMI, through the Community Relations Section, was invited to attend the judging of the activity held on November 18, 2025. Subsequently, the awarding ceremony took place on December 20, 2025, where a cash prize amounting to Php 20,000.00 was awarded to the Purok Gulayan Project winner.
Through this continued support, Eramen Minerals Incorporated not only strengthens its partnership with the barangay but also helps build a healthier, more empowered, and resilient community.
