Eramen Minerals, Inc. passed the ISO certification audit for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 on April 18, 2023.
ISO is an independent, non-governmental international organization that develops and publishes standards to ensure the quality, safety, and efficiency of products, services, and systems. The certification demonstrates that Eramen Minerals, Inc. has implemented a management system that meets the requirements of the relevant ISO standard. The new implementation plan by integrating the necessary processes and procedures into EMI’s operations, this includes training employees, documenting processes, and establishing controls to ensure compliance with the ISO standard.
EMIs ISO & Compliance department also conducts internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the implemented management system. Internal audits help EMI to identify any non-conformities or areas for improvement that need to be addressed before the certification audit.
In compliance with the proper measures EMI successfully meets the requirements of the ISO standard and resolves any non-conformities.
